Jeffrey Kocurek, MD is a board certified urologist with Urology Austin

Dr. Jeffrey Kocurek received his medical degree, internship and Urology residency from the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston.

Dr. Kocurek has special interests in: male and female voiding dysfunction, overactive bladder (OAB), medical and surgical management of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (enlarged prostate) including Transurethral Vaporization of the Prostate (TUVP), Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP), Rezum Water Vapor Therapy, and UroLift. He also has a special interest in urologic cancers, vasectomy, and kidney stones.

Jeffrey Kocurek, MD served as a Past President for the Texas Urological Society, and has been designated as a “Super Doctor” by Texas Monthly Magazine from 2004 through 2009, and then again from 2016 to 2021. Dr. Kocurek has also been named a ‘Top Doctor’ under the category of Urology in the January 2020, 2021 and 2022 editions of Austin Monthly Magazine. In addition, he was recognized in the 2018 edition of The Leading Physicians of the World, a Subsidiary of the International Association of HealthCare Professionals.

He is a third-generation Austinite, who enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys outdoor activities, photography, sports, and reading.
