Dr. Kashyap Shatagopam is a board certified Urologist with Urology Austin

Dr. Kashyap Shatagopam is a board certified Urologist who completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University at Bloomington and obtained his Medical Degree at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He completed his General Surgery Internship and Urology Residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis.

Dr. Shatagopam practices in all areas of male and female Urology, including kidney stone management, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, urologic oncology, and BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia or enlarged prostate).  He is highly trained in medical and surgical management of BPH including minimally invasive procedures such as holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) and robotic simple prostatectomy.  In addition to General Urology, Dr. Shatagopam is extensively trained in minimally invasive robotic and laparoscopic surgery for management of Urologic cancers of the kidney, prostate, bladder, and testis.
