Megan Marsh

Dr. Megan Marsh is a physical therapist who provides pelvic floor therapy for both male and female patients at Urology Austin’s Cedar Park and Round Rock #1 offices. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in Austin and dual Bachelor of Exercise Science degrees from Montana State University and Chadron State College. Her educational approach empowers patients to manage symptoms and improve their quality of life through effective pelvic floor techniques.

As an experienced physical therapist, Dr. Megan Marsh, strives to make patients feel comfortable as they use pelvic floor therapy to improve their quality of life. She currently provides pelvic floor physical therapy services for both male and female patients at our Cedar Park and Round Rock #1 offices.
Dr. Marsh earned her doctorate of physical therapy (DPT) degree from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, as well as dual Bachelor of Exercise Science degrees from Montana State University in Bozeman and Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska.
She began her career working with patients as a float physical therapist, moving across multiple specialty floors at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center. Through helping and educating pre- and postpartum women to assisting patients in the ICU, medical/surgical floors and inpatient rehab, she became a strong advocate for patients while empowering them with skills and techniques to better manage pain and improve physical functionality.
By focusing her skillset and training on pelvic floor therapy, Dr. Marsh effectively treats pelvic floor dysfunction, which can cause pain, discomfort and other issues for both men and women. This painless treatment approach helps to strengthen and retrain the muscles of the pelvic floor, improving bladder and bowel control, sexual function and pain.
Dr. Marsh’s educational approach to therapy gives patients the tools they need to integrate appropriate pelvic floor exercises into their lifestyles, so they learn how to control their symptoms and improve their overall health.
