I am an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over eight years in nursing and three years in advanced practice. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
I began my career in the operating room, where I built a strong foundation in surgical care and patient safety. Later, I specialized in neurosurgery, managing complex inpatient cases with precision and compassion.
Now, as I transition into urology, I’m excited to bring that same attention to detail and commitment to excellence to a specialty that blends science, precision, and quality of life. I’m passionate about helping patients feel heard, informed, and empowered—whether managing chronic conditions, preparing for procedures, or focusing on prevention. My goal is to create a comfortable, trusting environment where every patient feels like a true partner in their care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, playing tennis, traveling, and exploring new ways to support wellness and balance in everyday life. I’m also a proud Cowboys fan—Go Cowboys!
Tanesha will work under the supervision of Dr. Vic Desireddi starting in January 2026.
